Does this device support Bluetooth or not? What the version?
Yes, this device is Bluetooth 5.2. You can listening music, calling and watching TV by Bluetooth. (Specially note: For IPHONE, when call coming must take call by press the key on hearing device or change the voice source to hearing devicechannel manually on IPHONE, otherwise there is no sound in hearing device.)
Does this device can connect a smartphone app?
You can download ‘Yaosound’ App from GOOGLE android market. Support Android only.
What exactly can be adjusted by APP?
Bluetooth enabled in 30’s after take it out from charging case. If Bluetooth connected, you can choose different mode(Mode 1: full band compensation, Mode 2: Low frequency compensation, Mode 3: High frequency compensation, Mode 4: Middle frequency compensation).
For detail adjustment, EQ can personalize and adjust the settings. Change the different value on every frequency point, to find the suitable hearing feeling.
Using Way:
1. Take out the hearing aid from the box and remove the sticker;
2.Fully charged (Charge 2 hours, working 12 hours);
3.Install the APP

4．Take out a hearing aid, Push button for 5 seconds to turn on(red light flashing means turn on )
5.Turn on the phone's Bluetooth, find “E-TWSO1-L/R-GPS” and connect (need to connect within 20 seconds)
6.Enter APP programming (4 programs can be stored);
7.Put the device into the box, take out the other device and process it as first one.(Bluetooth will turn off when the device were put in the box ).
